We gracefully provide you with a private account on our FTP server, on which you can easily upload any files you wish to send us. This account is private, only you and our Post Production service will have access to it.

• First, contact by phone or by mail our Post Production service,
  which will provide you with a private login username and a password.
• After you have received the confirmation email, with all connection parameters, the service will be available within one hour.
• Then connect to our private FTP server using your favorite FTP client software.
  We highly recommend FileZilla for PC or MacOS 10.5, free Open Source software.
• Upload your files to us, or download files from us.

If you are not familiar with FTP client software, we provide you with a Java applet (transfer menu) which could do the same thing, except resuming interrupted transfer. . This applet requires Javascript to be activated in your browser, the lastest Java version to be installed on your system and that you accept a security certificate from JSCAPE.

* Transmission speed mainly depends on your upload speed, around 100 KB/s for a standard ADSL connection, meaning 17 min. for 100 MB, 3 hours for 1 GB.
